Application form instructions

Please visit the OTS website (www.ots.org.pk) for online registration and submission of the application form. Last date to apply is 27.08.2026.
To submit the application fee, login to your banking app, select “1-Bill Payment”, enter your PSID, verify the details, and complete the payment.
Candidates are required to upload scanned attested copies of all educational documents, CNIC front back, copy of domicile, all experience letter, Copy of employment record as Permanent Government servant, Last Salary Slip and Nomination proforma and Undertaking, Medical Fitness Certificate, Service No Objection certificate (NOC), Surety Bond on stamp paper, Candidate Bio Data Form, Copy of Office Card, Undertaking by the repeater Candidate certifying that he/she has not performed Hajj duties more than three (03) times in KSA as Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj (Sample already uploaded on ots.org.pk), and all relevant documents through the online application portal.
Online application form filled improperly, incomplete and submitted by hand will not be entertained.
After applying for the post(s), applicants are advised to regularly check OTS website www.ots.org.pk & applicant portal for important announcement (Procedure for Roll No. Slip/Written Test Schedule/ Result etc.) Related to recruitment against the above posts.

Shortlisted candidates will submit requisite documents in original to M/o RA & IH as and when asked by M/o RA & IH.
