  • By Hand submission of Application Form is not allowed.
  • Applicants are advised to fill out the application form carefully.
  • Applicants must provide complete and accurate details of all their qualifications, from the lowest to the highest degree, and correctly mention their relevant work experience. They must either upload all required documents to the OTS portal or send them to the OTS address through a courier service.
  • Applications with missing qualification details, incomplete experience information, or missing required documents will be rejected.
  • How to Pay: Log in to your mobile banking app, select 1-Bill Payment, enter your PSID, verify the details, and complete the payment.
  • Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test Center premises.
  • You can also download your Roll number slip online from www.ots.org.pk, in case of non-delivery via courier.
  • Applicants are required to either upload scanned copies of all educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC (front and back), relevant documents/experience certificates, PEC Card (if applicable), Driving Licence (for Drivers only), and the paid challan through the paperless online application portal, or send hard copies of the complete application along with all required documents to the OTS address through a courier service.
  • LESCO employees children are required to provide their parents details, download and print the prescribed form, have it completed by their parent and signed by the Dy. Manager Operations, and upload the duly filled form along with a notarized affidavit on stamp paper, a copy of their CNIC, and all other required documents to the OTS portal. The original signed form, along with the affidavit and required documents, must also be sent to the OTS address through a courier service.
