- Must be registered school, college, institution, organization or university.
- Age limit 26 years - 50 years
- After Completing the registration process individuals are directed to send printed application form to Open Testing service.
- Application sent through email, by hand or after closing date will not be entertained.
- By Hand submission of Application Form is not allowed.
- Without Original Bank deposit Slip your application form will not be entertained. In case of any issue regarding deposit fee slip, contact on 051-2375081.
- Registration fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Application should reach OTS office latest by last date of submission of Application Form.
- Attach Copy of CNIC, Domicile and last degree/diploma attained.
- OTS will not be responsible for late receiving of application through courier / Pakistan Post etc.
